Il documento è redatto per la nuova versione 2026 del sito, realizzata con un tema WordPress custom dedicato a Waves Engineering e ospitata su infrastruttura Aruba localizzata nell’Unione Europea. Sono considerati gli strumenti SEO, analytics e webmaster previsti per il sito: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, Bing Webmaster Tools e Ahrefs Webmaster Tools, nonché i contenuti incorporati o collegati a YouTube, Vimeo, Google Maps, Bing/Microsoft, PDF, LinkedIn Feed, Instagram e Facebook/Meta.
La presente Cookie Policy non disciplina il trattamento generale dei dati personali trasmessi tramite form di contatto o altri canali aziendali. Per tali aspetti si rinvia alla Privacy Policy separata di Waves Engineering S.r.l.
A.2 Cosa sono cookie e strumenti di tracciamento
I cookie sono piccoli file di testo che un sito web può memorizzare sul dispositivo dell’utente durante la navigazione. - l’utente può accettare tutti i cookie, rifiutare quelli non necessari oppure personalizzare le proprie preferenze;
- la revoca o modifica del consenso deve essere possibile in qualsiasi momento con modalità semplici quanto quelle usate per prestarlo;
- la configurazione tecnica del sito deve essere coordinata con una piattaforma di gestione del consenso compatibile con Google Consent Mode v2 e, ove applicabile, con il Consent Mode di Microsoft Clarity.

A.6 Banner, consenso e gestione delle preferenze
Il sito dovrà utilizzare un banner cookie o una piattaforma di gestione del consenso, anche denominata CMP, configurata in modo coerente con la normativa applicabile e con i servizi effettivamente installati.
Il banner dovrà contenere almeno:
- una informativa breve sull’uso di cookie tecnici e, previo consenso, cookie analitici, funzionali, di esperienza, marketing/profilazione e contenuti incorporati;
- un pulsante “Accetta tutti” per prestare il consenso a tutte le categorie non necessarie;
- un pulsante “Rifiuta tutti” o comando equivalente per mantenere attivi solo i cookie tecnici necessari;
- un pulsante “Personalizza” per scegliere le categorie e, ove possibile, i singoli servizi o terze parti;
- un link alla Cookie Policy estesa e alla Privacy Policy;
- un comando di chiusura che mantenga le impostazioni predefinite senza attivare cookie non necessari, ove implementato secondo la normativa applicabile.
Le caselle relative ai cookie non necessari non devono essere preselezionate. La prosecuzione della navigazione, lo scroll della pagina o la semplice chiusura del banner non devono essere considerati consenso all’uso di cookie non necessari.
Per i servizi Google, il consenso raccolto tramite banner dovrà essere trasmesso ai tag mediante Google Consent Mode, con gestione almeno dei segnali pertinenti, quali analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data e ad_personalization quando applicabili. Per Microsoft Clarity dovrà essere trasmesso un valido segnale di consenso prima dell’attivazione delle funzionalità che richiedono cookie.
A.7 Elenco aggiornato dei cookie
L’elenco aggiornato dei cookie e degli strumenti di tracciamento effettivamente utilizzati dal sito sarà reso disponibile nel pannello di gestione delle preferenze cookie generato dalla CMP adottata dal sito.
Tale elenco dovrà indicare, ove tecnicamente disponibile:
- nome del cookie o dello strumento di tracciamento;
- fornitore;
- categoria;
- finalità;
- durata;
- tipologia, ad esempio prima parte o terza parte;
- base di attivazione, ad esempio tecnico necessario o previo consenso.
A.8 Durata dei cookie e conservazione delle preferenze
La durata dei cookie varia in base alla categoria, alla finalità e al fornitore. I cookie possono essere di sessione, quando vengono eliminati alla chiusura del browser, oppure persistenti, quando rimangono sul dispositivo per un periodo determinato.

A.9 Come modificare o revocare il consenso
L’utente può modificare o revocare in qualsiasi momento le preferenze espresse tramite il link o pulsante di gestione cookie presente nel footer del sito o in altra area sempre accessibile della pagina.
La revoca del consenso non pregiudica la liceità dell’eventuale trattamento effettuato prima della revoca. Dopo la revoca, i tag e gli strumenti non necessari dovranno essere disattivati secondo le possibilità tecniche della CMP, del browser e dei fornitori terzi.
Qualora l’utente cancelli i cookie dal proprio browser, il sito potrebbe non essere più in grado di riconoscere la scelta precedentemente espressa e potrebbe riproporre il banner alla visita successiva.

For Google services, consent collected through the banner shall be transmitted to tags through Google Consent Mode, managing at least the relevant signals, such as analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization where applicable. For Microsoft Clarity, a valid consent signal shall be transmitted before activating features that require cookies.
B.7 Updated list of cookies
The updated list of cookies and tracking technologies actually used by the website will be made available in the cookie preference management panel generated by the CMP adopted by the website.
Where technically available, the list shall indicate:

If the user deletes cookies from the browser, the website may no longer be able to recognize the previously expressed choice and may show the banner again on the next visit.
B.10 Managing cookies through the browser
