Testing and verification
in the field.
Field testing and verification confirm that the as-built machine matches the design and that guards, circuits, interlocks and safety functions operate correctly under actual operating conditions.
Waves prepares the test plan and carries out functional checks, electrical tests, noise measurements and electromagnetic compatibility tests. Each activity is documented in accordance with EN IEC 60204-1, EN ISO 13849-2, NFPA 79, NR-10 and any additional requirements applicable to the machine and its target market.
